Puerto Banus enchants, serving as the perfect background to harbour millions of pounds of luxury yachts while their occupants stroll along the waterfront. Stop in for a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants, or party into the early hours of the morning. Expect some generous tips from the affluent customers...
Okay, so its your first night in Marbella, we do things slightly different here. Being the most upmarket resort we offer lets start off with some cocktails around the pool at the hotel. Once all the new arrivals are here we will head out for a few sophisticated drinks or 10.
After a heavy night theres no better hangover cure than sunbathing around the pool with a ice cold cocktail. Recharge the batteries ready for a family meal in one of Marbella’s best spots followed by one or two cocktails. Now that we have the first big night out of your system its time to get working on that dream summer job, so have a quiet one and make sure you're up early.
Fix up, look sharp, this morning is all about securing that perfect job you have dreamt about! Remember you only get one change to make a first impression. After a long morning on the job hunt its time to continue the party. Its time to hit up Ocean Beach Club, this place needs no introduction. Remember, dress to impress.

After an action packed first few days its time to chill, nothing beats a Sunday pool day, pop the top off a corona sit back and relax. as the sun starts to set we light up the BBQ for an all you can eat feast the perfect way to cap off your first few days in the Marbs sun.

Holiday repping is all about giving customers the best possible experience while they’re on vacation. As a holiday rep, you’ll be based in a popular tourist destination and responsible for representing your company and its products or services.
Being a DJ in Marbella involves more than just playing music. It's about creating an experience that people will remember. When you're behind the decks, you're responsible for keeping the party going. That means knowing how to read a crowd and pick the right songs to keep them dancing.
Bar work generally involves serving drinks to customers and keeping the bar area clean. In some cases, bar staff may also be responsible for preparing food. To be a successful bartender, it is important to have good customer service skills and be able to think on your feet.
The job of a PR in Marbella is to approach tourists and entice them into visiting one or more venues - from bars, restaurants & larger clubs. You could be persuasive with your words but it all depends on how good you are at stopping people when walking by!
Working as a ticket seller in Marbella involves a lot of interaction with customers. You need to be able to provide information about the events and attractions in the area, as well as make a sales pitch for boat trips, club nights and other activities.
If you're looking for a job that's equal parts fun and challenging, then working as a shot seller in Marbella is definitely for you! As a shot seller, you'll be responsible for preparing and selling jelly shots in bars and clubs across the city.
Working as a dancer in bars and clubs in Marbella generally involves dancing on a stage or in a designated dance area. Some bars and clubs will have specific themes or concepts, and dancers may be expected to wear costumes or perform choreographed routines that fit with the overall theme.

This was definitely a summer to remember. Summer takeover were a massive help on the job front and great people who you could speak to whether you just wanted a chat or if you had a problem. Very friendly and would recommend anyone who want to go out and work through ST. They provided me a job on Tidal as a VIP host and it was hands down the best job on the island, making friends for life.
If you have a taste for the finer things in life and want to make the most of the privileges that come alongside working for an elite club or bar, then jobs in Marbella are for you. Unashamedly glamorous, appearance is everything. If you can preen yourself for work even with the worst hangover, you’ll do just fine.
The majority of Summer Takeover guests travel solo, so if you’re nervous about heading out on your own don’t panic! Once you’ve secured your place you’ll be added into a private Facebook group, and given login details for our very own workers social network, SummerSphere, so you can get chatting to all the other guests before you go.
The usual suspects include bar work, restaurant work, PR-ing and ticket selling. Dancers are in high demand, as well as VIP hosts and hostesses. Check out our jobs tab for the full range of jobs available in Marbella and further information!
You can work until your heart’s content from May - September. Our packages suit all arrival dates, so it all depends on when you want to go.
For the die-hards that want to maximise their summer and do a full season, get yourself out there as early as possible. Marbella will always be busy, so don’t worry if you can’t go out until later on. July/August is peak season with sky high temperatures, if you want to stay on after this our talented reps will be able to scout out further accommodation for you, so you can see in the closing parties in style!
With many roles being commissioned based, the earning potential for wages in Marbella is massive. Granted, you’ll probably need this, as the cost of living is comparatively higher than our other resorts, but tips are extremely generous so don’t be surprised when you’re being handed multiple notes as a thank you for your hard work.
Hours and shifts will vary depending on your job of choice for working in Marbella. Ticket sellers can expect to be out enhancing their tan on the job, whilst bar workers will obviously start later. The average shift is between 4-6 hours, leaving you with plenty of time post shift to party in the infamous nightclubs like Olivia Valère, Tibu and Funky Buddha.

By day six you’ll be starting into your job trials, whether it’s bar work or shot selling, it won’t take long to find a position. Congratulations, you’ve officially been initiated into worker life; time to make the most of your summer in Marbella and live the dream
After the initial 28 days you’ll have the option to extend your stay in our accommodation at a discounted rate, or our devoted reps can assist in finding alternative accommodation if you’d prefer.
